What happens during an online consultation?

Dr. Ridhima will review your current skin or hair condition, your past treatments, the products you're using, your medical history, and your specific concerns. Based on this, you'll receive a clear diagnosis and a structured plan. If medication is needed, a proper prescription is provided. If a procedure is recommended, the why, what, and what to expect are explained before anything is decided. The consultation is never rushed.

What is the consultation fee and what does it include?

₹1,200 for both online and in-clinic.

Personalised routine
Treatment roadmap

The fee is for clinical expertise, not adjusted against procedures.

Will I be pushed into treatments or packages?

No. If medication or routine fixes your concern, that’s what you’ll be advised.
No unnecessary procedures.

How many follow-ups will I need?

Depends on your condition. Some need 1–2 reviews. Chronic concerns require longer monitoring.

Do I need a procedure for my concern?

Not always. Many issues improve with the right prescription and routine.
Procedures are suggested only when they genuinely add value.

Are online consultations effective?

Yes, for most concerns like Acne, Pigmentation, and Hair Fall.

WillI get product recommendations?
